Reporting a mistake

Please include the page and the figures you entered, with a link to the gazette or departmental notice if you have one. Please do not send us your ID number, vehicle registration or licence numbers, or a copy of your renewal notice with your details on it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot renew a licence, register a vehicle, book a test, look up your vehicle on eNaTIS or speak for a registering authority. For those, contact your registering authority or use NaTIS Online.
